CANCELED: Tulsa County CHIP Quarterly Meeting – January 2024

All Tulsa Health Department locations will have a delayed start on Tues, January 16th. Locations will open at 10:00 a.m. to allow time for staff to arrive safely and surfaces to be cleared. This event has been canceled. A rescheduled date will be announced later.

Make plans to attend our first quarterly meeting of the Tulsa County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Community partners across Tulsa County can come together to address data-identified health priorities, get involved and take action!

About Tulsa County CHIP
The Tulsa County CHIP (5 – Year Plan) is a long-term, systematic effort to address public health problems based on the results of Tulsa County’s 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and build action plans for the improvement in three main health areas: stress & mental health, chronic disease risk factors & management and healthy & affordable housing.
